  1. 挤出机温度
  1. Extruder temperature
  低密度聚乙烯吹制时,挤出温度一般控制在160℃~ 170℃之间,封头温度必须保持均匀。
  During the blowing of LDPE, the extrusion temperature is generally controlled between 160 ℃ and 170 ℃, and the head temperature must be kept uniform.
  挤出温度过高:树脂易分解,薄膜易脆,特别是纵向抗拉强度明显降低。
  Extrusion temperature is too high: the resin is easy to decompose, the film is easy to be brittle, especially the longitudinal tensile strength is significantly reduced.
  挤出温度过低:树脂塑化不佳,薄膜抗拉强度低,表面光泽度和透明度差,甚至出现像木环图案和用于熔晶芯的现象
  Low extrusion temperature: poor plasticization of resin, low tensile strength of film, poor glossiness and transparency of surface, even the appearance of wood ring pattern and melting crystal core
  2. 吹胶比

  吹膜比是吹膜过程中的一个环节,它控制着吹膜的宽度和厚度,同时也控制着基量和牵引力比。
  Film blowing ratio is a link in the process of film blowing. It controls the width and thickness of film blowing, as well as the base weight and traction ratio.

  同时吹制比的大小也会影响薄膜的横向拉伸强度以及薄膜的厚度是否均匀。增加吹风比可以提高膜的横向强度,但不能太大,否则容易造成膜泡不稳定,而且膜容易起皱,膜厚会出现不均匀。一般来说,将LDPE吹膜率控制在2.5-3.0比较合适

  3.牵引比

  牵引比是指膜的牵引速度与环的挤压速度之比。牵引力比增大,纵向强度也增大,薄膜厚度变薄。但是,如果牵引比过大,薄膜的厚度就难以控制,甚至可能会折断薄膜,造成片层膜现象。LDPE薄膜的牵引力一般控制在4-6之间。
  Traction ratio refers to the ratio of the traction speed of the membrane to the extrusion speed of the ring. As the traction ratio increases, the longitudinal strength increases and the thickness of the film becomes thinner. However, if the traction ratio is too large, the thickness of the film will be difficult to control, and it may even break the film, resulting in film phenomenon. The traction of LDPE film is generally controlled between 4-6.
